I bought a personalized photo plaque for my new in-laws as our wedding photographer took an awesome picture of them. When it came, there were orange blotches all over my mother-in-laws face. Customer service told me that it was the marble. However, the picture shown in advertising did not have blotches on it. I am pretty sure that they would not use the plaque that they sold me to try and sell more! And as that was the only area with orange blotches, why would they put it where her face was? Even the back side of the plaque did not have blotches so I completely feel that they are not being honest. I absolutely cannot give this as a gift, maybe a gag gift! They told me that I could return it for store credit but why should I pay to send it back and why would I want another product from them if they don't truly stand behind it? I plan to shop a lot this Christmas for personalized gifts, but it will not be there! Do not believe the reviews that they put on their site as another person said. I tried to put a negative one and it does not show up. I have a feeling that half of the reviews on other sites are their employees making them up to look as though they are a good company. I will never shop there again.
