I WAS LIED TO and now Carnival cruises refuse to return my money
booked an junior suite /balcony ocean view with them on Carnival Cruise lines also very bad.Read the reviews and you will never use them.
NEVER INFORMED SUITE HAD OBSTRUCTED VIEW UNTIL I ARRIVED ON THE BOAT. my confirmation never stated it.I arrived on the boat left after one hour as I did not want to look at life boats for 5 days from a dark room and Carnival would not assign me another room or suite.
Now I will sue Carnival as they will not return my money.
These 2 companies are in bed together and Carnival does not care if the travel agents lie to steal your money.I will now go to small claims court.
