I bought my LCD TV (Samsung LN52A650 - 52" High Definition 1080p LCD TV) from buydig.com. I was scared. I had never heard about the buydig.com, found them through cnet. It was the largest purchase I ever made through the internet. They saved me a lot of money of the buying it locally at the electronic store.
I selected the curb side deliver. The package was just she of 100lbs. Obviously it was a fragile package and having it shipped made me nervous.
The shipping process was excellent! They contacted me through email and phone. The emailed me instructions on the delivery process. They also called before the day before to confirm a delivery time.
The delivery was excellent. It didn't come UPS or FedEx. They shipped using manna.com. The delivery was right on time. Though I didn't pay for it they delivery kid helped me carry it in and unpack the tv. This was a biggy. I can lift 100lbs but the box it came in is to big for one person. There would of been no way for me to get it inside without the help. The package had a drop sensor which I had to verify wasn't triggered. I also had to verify it turned on and had a picture.
They also followed up to see how the process went.
Its been 11 months and I'm still very pleased with my purchase.
