LOL. Thanks for the Mann lyrics. All I ever heard was douche, as well.
CD's should have printed lyrics in their liners much more often. They'd have to develop a special typewriter for Bob Dylan, I think.

I, too, thought the words to be "No More Augie Dogness," so don't feel bad. I'm trying to think of some. I know my sister, when she visits, likes to sing to the oldies on the radio and always gets the words wrong. I don't try and correct her, though. For example, she'll sing the Johnny Rivers song "Secret Agent Man" as "Secret Asian Man." Never fails.
The group which is really hard to understand, but I love them, is Shocking Blue. I think there is a site on the internet just translating their English into something understandable.
Then of course we have the classic "Louis Louis" which I'm not even going to make an attempt at.

It's fun, too! Reading your piece ( I venture to say, Masterpieces of " missing " addenda to, of already legendary musicians' lyrics. I'm sure that Lady Mondegreen's author S. Wright smiled at your work and gave a " thumbs up ".
It confirms my view that willianpinn has a " tag-team " partner (in you ) in humorous & witty, fun EP reviews.
First- rate Mondegreens! Excellent piece!
