Misleading/Dishonest website, Worse Customer Service!

This is a misleading to downright dishonest company who does not deserve your business! I purchased a humidifier that I was familiar with having purchased the same model from a different vendor. Since I would now have 2 of the same model I decided to get the "package deal" that included 3 demineralization cartridges and 2 silver ion sticks. When the product arrived, I got the new humidifier and only 2 demin cartridges and 1 silver stick! When I followed the directions on the packing slip to contact them via their website, The response that I got from their CEO Mercia Tapping (at least that is who the email was from - not sure who actually wrote it though) was that due to cost cutting efforts the supplier no longer includes the demin cartridge and silver stick as part of the machine! This is very hard to believe considering that a demin cartridge and silver stick came already installed in the machine in a factory sealed box! At a minimum they mislead me by counting the cartridge and stick that come with the unit as part of the extras they were selling with the "package deal"...
