I was very skeptical about ordering from an online company... but I was quoted over $5,000 for blinds at sears and home depot, and the same type of blinds were $1,500 on blinds.ca. I read the reviews on this site and was still skeptical, as there are many good things, but also many bad things.
I decided to try the company anyways (because I am cheap..lol). I got an email right away with the actual order/invoice. When you buy the blinds it says at least a few times, that if you order the wrong size, once they go into production..too bad-check your measurements first... and that they would be finished production in 5 days.
Day 4, I realize that we ordered 3 wrong size blinds for a bay window. I call expecting them to say, too late they're yours, but they called the factory and called me back 5 minutes later saying they were able to change the order.. and that they would be to me in 2 weeks.. that was great news!
We got the blinds 8 days later and they looked awesome... except one of the blinds I changed was wrong :( totally thought this was my fault as I changed the order and there was a miscommunication.. i am going to have to buy a new blind.. Called them to order, they sent it to us for free. Was here in 6 days! Asked if they wanted the wrong one back, they said use it if you can, or feel free to donate it. Very happy with my experience- good product, good service.
