There's a lot better online companies to use.

A few hours after placing my order on an in stock item, I was surprised I didn't receive a order confirmation e-mail. Seems like all online companies I have used in the past do this, so I e-mailed Toolup to make sure my order went through and was sent a confirmation back that they did receive the order.
The next day I sent an e-mail to see if it was going to ship that day and received the reply: "As clearly stated on our site order ship between 1-2 business days after the order is received. We received this order at 6:48 am this morning, so the soonest you can expect this order to be shipped out would be tomorrow."
The order was actually placed the day before at 6:48 am, so right there I was starting to think they don't have their act together. The only thing I saw clearly stated on their site was: "Orders placed after 5AM PST (8AM EST) - will ship the next business day." This is why I order from them in the first place.
I decided to call to let them know I placed the order the day before and not that morning, but ended up cancelling my order after being told the following day would be the soonest it would ship - 3 days minumum to ship an in stock item. The customer service rep even seemed happy to cancel the order - you can tell they aren't too concerned with their customers.
There are other companies that can ship quicker and have the same prices - even Amazon's SuperSaver shipping usuall ships in stock items in less than 3 days. I also got a bad feeling after dealing with the semi-rude customer service that I would have an issue if my product showed up damaged, or defective. I feel a lot better after receiving my cancellation e-mail.
