When I signed up i was told the fee's were $25.00 a month and a small fee per transaction, and that there were no other fee's.
I sent them a check for $695 for some software, they made two check drafts in the same amount getting over $2,000 of my money (They did put the money back after several phone calls and faxes)
Within the first month they raised the monthly fee to $33.00 a month with out letting me know.
Then a few years latter they took $108.00 out of my account with out letting me know first, they said that $33.00 was for my monthly fee and $75.00 was for there new yearly fee, so they are now charging $33.00 a month plus $75.00 a year, that is a total of $471.00 a year.
Needless to say I canceled my account with them, Then they charged me $150.00 to cancel my account.
