This is what happens when someone does not read the contract. I am sure there are many different contract agreements this company has - if kissybear had really been taken advantage of as they say, why not pursue legal action?

I am not using anything right now, im worried about making the same mistake twice.
I am looking into using paypals business service, I have been using paypals personal account for some time now and am very happy with it.
