I ordered a "best" FTD Sweet Surprises Bouquet for $65.23 total. I had received a 15% discount through USAA. The picture showed a thick, square glass container with a fabric checkered ribbon, large daisies, pink roses and carnations. I sent this for a sorority function. I attended the function and was completely embarrassed by the arrangement. It was in a vase that looked like an inexpensive jar shape, had the cheap pink floral ribbon and the flowers were all very small and not at all as pictured. If I could add photos here, I could show the picture of what I thought I'd ordered and what was delivered and no further words would be necessary!! To FTD's credit, their customer service agent was very responsive and refunded my money. I begged to let me send them the photos, but was told they "believed me". So, although I would give FTD a high grade for customer service, I would NEVER order from them again because I would not believe that what I ordered would even resemble the photo.
