When we first started looking into refinancing our house I started with completing an application on Lending Tree online. I received many phone calls and emails over the next couple of weeks, but Residential Finance was the one company that never lost hope. In fact their Senior Loan Officer, Mike Raymer, was the one who finally started calling to see if he could help us get started. He didn't in any way make us feel pressured, he just made sure we knew that he'd be more than happy to assist us when we were ready. We just recently completed refinancing our house with Residential Finance with Michael Raymer. He handled our application with such kindness and patience. We had many hoops that we needed to jump through in order to get the job done and Mike did a fantastic job! Though I never met Mike in person, I could tell that for the most part he always had a smile on his face. He is friendly and humorous yet very professional. We are very pleased and will be sure to refer friends and family to Residential Finance Corporation.
