The Bottom Line For all the Chocoholics in the crowd

Don't argue with me about this.
Go make them and eat one... then argue with me about this.

1.5 cup flour
2 cup white sugar
1 cup cocoa (don't go cheap and use bulk. Buy the good stuff. I use Fryers)
1/2 tspn Salt
1 cup Mazolla Oil
6 tblspn hot water
4 eggs
3 tspn rum extract
1 cup chopped Walnuts (optional). If you're allergic don't use them. You will go in to anafalactic shock and die. If you are a nut "NUT" add another half a cup

Blend or sift together 1st 4 ingredients
Add all other ingredients except nuts
Beat with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes
Stir in nuts
Turn in to 9" by 13" pan (well greased or oiled)
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Test with a tooth pick. If chocolate sticks, bake for another 5.

Let cool in pan for @ half an hour before turning it on to a cooling rack and then let sit till it's cool to the touch

Ice with the richest, thickest, chocolatiest icing you can find. If you have a recipe for one go make it.
Make it Fudgy

I use 1 full can of Chocolate Duncan Hines

CAUTION: Do NOT cut pieces too large. This is VERY rich and heavy. The pan should make at least 25 servings

Loosen pants and gorge on chocolatey goodness.

Eat until you are lightheaded and a small buzz has begun to permeate your brain.

Let chocolate drool out of the corner of your mouth till your spouse tells you the stain will never come out.
