From the no nonsense color scheme, to the utilitarian feel of the website, Casio Watches Online (www.casio.com/watches) has corporate web design written all over it. There are no marketing gimmicks, no jingles, no nothing to suggest Casio is a fun watch brand. It seems like Casio is more at home selling latex surgical gloves, than selling fashion accessories.
Casio Watch Online features no nonsense product description with pictures of the watches in question. You can purchase watches online through their direct sales arm, but the prices are pretty much manufacturer suggested retail prices. To get a better price, you may want to shop elsewhere. Also, many of the products they list, they either do not have in stock, or are unavailable for purchase.
To buy a watch online, you find the product, and put it in your basket. The shopping cart is prominently displayed present wherever you go, listing number of items as well as the total price. Checkout is a three-step process of billing info, payment, and confirmation.
The shipping is either $6.95 for UPS ground, or $12.95 for UPS two-day. The return policy requires you return an item within 30 days to get a full refund, or exchange.
Warrantee information is listed on the website. Someone who posted another review here had some problems with sending in a watch to repair, and suggested that Casio do not honor their warrantees.
