This will have to be a mixed review. First, the good news. I placed my order of 7 items on Saturday 11/28/09, and all but 1 item arrived at my door 5 days later (today) on 12/3/09. Each item was at least 50% cheaper than what I had been paying for them at my local the health food store. The packaging was very good, and everything arrived in perfect condition! I'm VERY happy with this part of the order!! Now, the bad news. I received a confusing email on Sunday 11/29/09 saying that the items listed below (which were all the items I had ordered) were on backorder. However, next to 1 item it said (backordered). I wasn't in a hurry so I just waited. This morning, I received an email stating that my all my items (except that one) were shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Before I had a chance to check the status of my order, it arrived on my doorstep. According to the packing slip they shipped it on Tuesday, but didn't get around to telling me they shipped it until Thursday. Overall, minor annoyances. But what about that 1 backordered item? I called today and they said it is scheduled to be filled towards the end of December, and they will ship it out to me then with no extra charge. I am not holding my breath. They didn't charge me for it, and while it was an item my husband was very much looking forward to, I'll just plan on buying a smaller canister from the health food store this Tuesday when they have their monthly 20% off of everything and wait and see what happens at the end of the month. Overall, I plan on ordering from them again to be able to pay only 50% of what I had been paying!!
