The Bottom Line Comment. Critique.

If you saw me now
Oh
If you saw me now
Right here
With this smile
With this walk
You would think I’ve found a new home

You’d be so proud of me
And maybe a bit jealous of me
You’d probably want to destroy me again
Deep down
You’d want to destroy me again

“He’s so happy now,
Oh,
He’s so happy now
Right there
With that smile
With that walk
Oh, He must have found his new home.”

“Look at that new girl he talks to
And those pair of eyes she has for him
All of her
Is his
His new home
His kingdom.”

But oh you’d be wrong
Oh really, you’d be wrong
Like you always were about us
Just like you always were to me

If I could show you now
Oh
If you’d let me show you now
I’d show you how I’m homeless
Wouldn’t that make you feel guilty?
