The Bottom Line I rated this avoid because it was the lowest rating if I could say avoid it like the plague,that is what I would say

I bought a computer online that had everything,all the peripherals.
Tiger Direct supplied about half of the equipment and systemax supplied the rest.I was very pleased with it at first,then when I set it all up it did not work correctly.So I called the number for support.They could not correct the problem but they kept me waiting on hold from 8 am till 5:30 pm everyday for over a week playing music in my ear and telling me my call is important please hold on.
Then they said it is not their fault that it is the computer company{systemax}.
They then made me wait 2 whole days on hold before saying it was not their fault it was Tiger Direct.
This went back and forth for weeks.They were stalling,waiting for two week money back guarantee to expire
and it almost did.
I eventually decided it was not worth the trouble and sent the whole thing back.
I did have a lot of trouble getting my charge card credited but after two months I stopped having to spend all day everyday on the phone getting it straight.
Then I bought a Dell and I am free.
