I can't even believe it! Hands down the worst online experience I've ever had. I can't believe the NFL let's these jokers represent them.
On Monday 12/07/09 I participated in a Jersey sale at nflshop.com. I created a custom jersey to the tune of $146 + $5.49 s&h. I checked the order status for 3 days and every day it said my order was in stock and processing.
Later that week I get this vague e-mail:
Dear Michelle Tomko:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to complete your order. If
you elected to pay with a debit/check card, your statement may already
reflect the charge for this order. You will be credited for the order
amount. If you elected to pay with a credit card, it will not be billed
at all. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
The following item(s) is unavailable and has been cancelled from your
order:
Item: 3850741
Description: NYJ AUTH ALT BLANK JRY 48-56 NY TITANS-SIZE 50

I had to call to find out why. I was told it was out of stock. So I asked what they were going to do about it. I got a lot of "ums" and "ughs". So I called back and got a WHOLE LOT of attitide. I am almost suspecting they canceled it due to a coupon code that I used giving me about 30% off my purchase.
I am still in shock. Never in a online purchase did I order an in stock item and not get it. Not to mention this was for a 6-6 team's alternate jersey. How high in demand could it have been???
