Because Epinions has lowered the standards for writing and rating in Online Stores and Services, I have taken that into consideration when rating this piece.

Short vs. long reviews isn't the issue, it's personal preference and content.
Personally, this review leaves me with questions. Nice mention of the brick and mortar store, but not necessarily relevant to the review of the on-line store, especially for those who don't live anywhere near NYC. What's typical of items on sale at the online store? What's the typical markdown? Any examples of great steals? Is it the same or different than what's available in the brick and mortar store, both in selection and price? Have you ever used the live chat button? The pictures were clear, but did they give you a good enough expectation of the actual item? Have you ordered from there (not clear in the review)? Were the suggested accessories good suggestions or silly? How much is their shipping? Did it arrive when promised? Was it a positive or negative shopping experience all around? Did everything come in one box or was your shipment split? Was gift wrap available?
I'm someone who likes details, what can I say ;-)
