Whatever you do, do NOT order from this company!!! I have been burnt TWICE in (2) years. I should have known better. My first transaction with them was in 2007, and resulted in a poor quality item that was not representative of how it looked on their site. I returned it, saw that it was delivered to their returns center, and never saw the credit until 3 months later after fighting with them for that period of time. When they finally claimed to have honored the return, they sent a giftcard with the amount to my address that I never received, which compounded the problem. I swore I would never order from this vendor again. I thought things had changed in (2) years, so I just ordered another item from them this year. They chose to use a crappy carrier service "UP* Mail Innovations" again, which begins with the "brown pants" carrier we all know (it should have stayed with them, and I wouldn't had the delivery problem, I think), and half way through, the item enters the USPS bulk mail service. I still have not received the item, and when I called NFLShop to ask where it could be, they had no info. I have to call back at the end of the week to file for a return, and then re-order the merchandise if I still want it (and pay S&H again!), I don't think so!! Worst was when I was about to hang up, and the representative asked me "if the service was acceptable and if he helped me today". Are you kidding me?! I told him their company was useless, if I didn't receive my item, then they didn't help me. I still have old notes from my last complaint with them, and now this one. I'm keeping track. I may be sending a complaint to the BBB and FTC if this is not resolved quickly.
