Kuhmo TIRES suck- Co doesn't back quality

I purchased 4 tires from the tire rack on March 2008. They were suppose to last 85k miles. I put 14k on them and they won't pass inspection. As per your customer service rep, Charles, I took them to Sears for inspection. Charles should have a file on the specific details of my claim. In the dark parking lot, the tech measured 2/32 on 2 tires and 2/32 - 5/32 on two other tires. He said this was indicative of the car being out of alignment. He attempted to contact Charles but only received voicemail. When I got home, I called Charles and was able to get a hold of him and he told me to go back to Sears and he would be available. The manager of Sears who was the only one that could handle a claim left for the day. The following day, I spoke to Sears and to Charles and they wanted me to bring the car back in for another inspection, but were adamant that the tires were worn unevenly because of an alignment issue. I was also informed that there would be not warranty claim because of this . I took my car to the dealership, paid to have it aligned and they didn't have to make any adjustment, everything was in range of the specs as evidenced by the printout they provided me. The tires were rotated 2 times during this period of ownership. The car is a 2004 Acura MDX. The car is serviced regularly by the Acura dealership. The tire pressure sensors did not indicate under inflation at any point although ambient temperature can cause a variance in the tire pressure. I have done everything that a responsible car owner should do to properly maintain this vehicle and tires. These tires were , in my opinion "junk" from the beginning. I attempted to get some assistance from Kuhmo but to no avail. Out of frustration, and the lack of time to keep going to Sears , I purchased tires from a retail outlet this evening and they were not Kuhmo tires. I paid aprox $706 to have these tires installed on my car and I only received aprox 18% of the advertised mileage of 85,000
