I ordered a nativity set on November 11. After several days, I received an automated email that the item was on back order and would be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. I heard nothing else. After 3 weeks, I sent an email, using the link on their page, asking for an update. Nothing. I called the toll-free number. The customer service rep had a hard time accessing my account. As promised, she called me back before the end of the business day with a resolution. The item was available and they sent me the nativity set by three-day expediated shipping (with the shipping costs on them). While happy with the product, I wish the transaction could have been smoother.
