Great service. I was able to place my order online, pay with paypal, and they gave me free next day shipping. Not to mention they saved me a lot of money. I got 2 pairs of 7 for all mankind jeans that are being sold at most other stores for MRSP - $215 ea, for $133 ea. When considering that next day shipping was free it was almost like getting 2 for the price of 1 shipped. ***** Five star experience.
Zappos had the most efficent shopping experience, when compared with other online denim stores. They allowed me to simply check size and wash combinations for the same style without changing webpages. They also notified me if a certain style/wash/size was near selling out. For instance both pairs of jeans I purchased were very low stock. One pair had only 1 in stock and the other only had 2 in stock. This allowed me to know that I needed to purchase quickly.
Once I added the product to my shopping cart adding and removing products was obvious and simple. No hang ups or attempts to confuse the customer. Once I decided to checkout I was pleased to see they accepted Paypal for payment. Paypal is my preferred online purchasing method, since it provides a second level of fraud protection.
The purchase process took about 90 seconds. And that included making an account on the Zappos site. After purchasing I was able to simply login in and view my current orders. They provided a transaction number, and even update the customer on shipping status.
Zappos also offers a no question 365 day money back return policy - as long as the product is still NEW. They will also cover the return shipping. This policy gave me confidence that even if my gift wasn't well received that I could always exchange it for a new size or receive a full refund.
I was also pleased to see Zappos offered FREE next day shipping for the Christmas Holiday. Considering the money I saved and the ease of this experience I highly recommend that shoppers consider checking Zappos.com before making online purcahses with a different vendor. It saved me aprox. $150, quick shipping, accepted paypal, and offered a great return policy.
