Don't waste your time or money

Ordered my pictures on 12/6. Within a few days I recieved my 4 x 6 's. The quality was lacking, and the pictures were grainy. I am a terrible photographer, but it isn't my lack of photography skills this time! On three shots, the heads were missing!!
My larger prints never arrived. It took customer service a cpl days to respond. Even after my order was supposed to be resubmitted with free upgraded shipping, I still won't have my pictures by Christmas. Had I put my shopping off til the last minute I would be much more forgiving. I feel three weeks was quite sufficient, tho.
So, now I am left with a half dozen empty picture frames to gift. (Oh, they were nice enough to tell me today I won't recieve them in time so I have an opportunity to find alternate gifts.) Below is a snippet of the email I recieved from customer service:
"While the weather is obviously out of our control and we are doing everything we possibly can to get your order printed and shipped to you by Thursday Dec. 24th, we wanted to let you know there's a chance of delay so you can make alternate gift plans if necessary. We promise to keep you updated on the status of your order, and you will receive email as soon as it ships from the plant. As a way of showing our appreciation to you, we have placed 50 free 4x6 mail-order print credits into your Snapfish account, which you can use at any time in the future."
This company is HORRIBLE and I will never use them again. Regardless of how many offers (50 4 x 6's to be exact) they offer me. Why bother if the photos I recieve are headless anway?!
