Shopping at EMS is excellent in many ways. Product information is relatively complete, product selection is good--has most but not all big brands, but has a very good selection for all the sports I participate in. Customer service on the phone has always been pleasant, the website is fast and responsive and easy to navigate, the search is effective. Prices and price matching are good.
Lastly products always arrive quickly and promptly, shipped from several sources if they have to AND they provide excellent tracking info, a number for every shipment (if they need to use more than 1 source).
I've always enjoyed shopping at EMS online and in-store.
Since I'm in Canada, I just wish I could ship from one store to another, so that when I make a trip to visit the closest store I can get products that local store doesn't stock.
