I can't believe the horrible CS I got at BowlersParadise.com. I called support to listen to a 10 minute message and just hung up tired of waiting and not able to skip the message. I called the phone order line and was told I had to listen to the whole message and leave a message and they would call me back. She was peeved that I did not listen to the whole "informative message".
I asked if she could help me with my order and when she looked up the number. She said it was cancelled and they called me. NO email, just a phone call and a supposed message (it wasn't ever in my call log on my cell, and she acted like her system couldn't be wrong). I swore and then she hung up on me.
Seriously? This CS rep was nothing but unhelpful so I swore ("are you f kidding me?") and she hung up. Now I have no xmas gift for my BIL and I have no idea what item was on backorder or why they cancelled it. I'm fuming. While I fully admit I shouldn't have cussed, I was very upset and they seemed not at all bothered that I did not receive my products. The shipping prices were outragious and I was willing to pay them, if they had my freaking products in stock and could send emails like a normal ecommerce site. Maybe I got a fax, who knows.
