Let me start by saying im a regular internet shopper and have never experienced such bad service in my life. This is my first negative review"ever". To begin, I called AccessoryGeeks and I was told if I put my order in online by 12noon and called them back they would make sure it ships in todays mail. So I put my order in like I was told and later that day I checked my email for shipment verification which I never received. The next day I called them to get status and come to find out AccessoryGeeks says they are very busy and didnt have time to get it shipped. The girl on the phone says sorry we will ship out today for sure and send priority mail to makeup for it.
Again, I didnt receive a email shipment verification so I called AccessoryGeeks the next day and they said the same thing "they are very busy and didnt have time to get it shipped". After the girl spoke to the people in back warehouse they said they were out of stock on one of my items. She says she can ship all besides the one item so I said I will take it. The only comment AccessoryGeeks would say is that are website advertises 24-48 hr to process even though they verbalIy said they would ship out the same day multiple occasions. LOL. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER CELL PHONE ACCESSORIES FROM AccessoryGeeks.COM unless their the last website alive,lol. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HERES A TIP TO EVERYONE, WHATEVER YOUR LOOKING FOR TO BUY DO A SEARCH ON GOOGLE AND YOU WILL FIND ALOT OF ONLINE STORES THAT SELL THE SAME PRODUCTS FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICES OR BETTER BUT WITHOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
