If you are one of the rare breed of office supply hounds with a particular addiction for pens then there is a website that you have to check out. I have bought more than a few cool things from JetPens and have never been disappointed. Even better, there are pen junkies there that will give you the honest scoop and blatant truth about the things that are sold there. There are more pens than you can imagine and the imports, oh lord, I am going to go into a cold sweat when I get to those in this review. Using the navigation bar on the left side of the page you can jump to a specific type of item like refills, types of pens, journals, gifts and other assorted accessories. The site is fast loading and gives you some great information about the products. Gel pens are one of my favorites to write with; they have such a lush flow to them and you can find some of the best at the website. They have the Pentel Slicci and the Zebra Airfit Jell as well as all of the G-Series from Pilot. Not only do they sell the pens but if they are refillable 99% of the time they also carry the refills for them so it makes it a lot easier to go green and stay green when you can order them from the website. How are the prices? Better than most sites that carry local and imported pens; the Pentel Tradio EnerGel sells for $8.50 and that is about as low as you are going to find it anywhere. Sites that are selling it for less than that are reaming you on the shipping fees. Another great deal is the Uni-ball Signo Angelic Gel Pen; these are reasonably priced at $1.80 each and the normal retail price is in the $2.25 range. In addition to pens they also sell some great pencils. This was one of the few online stores that were selling the Tombow Hex wood case pencils [Homo Graph Mono 100 Precision Series] with a lead hardness of 9H. Other sites advertised them but never had them in stock. They also carry magna supplies, calligraphy pens / markers and felt tips. Suffice it to say, if you are in to pens, markers, pencils, art or crafts JetPens is one of the coolest places to shop online. JetPens also has some of the most super awesome import items like the Pentel Ain Clic Knock. It's a complete steal at $2.25 and the refills for it are only $1.20. they are also the online store with the cheapest prices on refills for the Hinodewashi Electric Eraser. When I set out to get my own Pentel ERGoNoMiX WingGrip Mech I came across a lot of site that had them listed but the prices were either way more than what I wanted to spend or they were sold out. I had been using someone's NoMIX at the shop and feel in love with it but he wasn't parting with it. JetPens had it in stock and in the color I wanted for $12.50. That was a steal and there is no way any picture will ever be able to show you just how cool this pens looks let alone how incredible it is to write with. You can check it out here: www.jetpens.com/images/PenPedia/Ergonomix_11.JPG You will also want to check the Close Out section of the site when ever you are there. They have some nice deals on odds and ends and you never know what goodies they are going to toss in that section. They are all new items and I have been more than pleased with the discounted items I have caught there. I have had nothing but awesome experiences with this site and have recommended it to others that are in to pens but have a hard time getting the newest ones or the imports. I am not going to say that they always have the lowest price but their inventory is dead on balls accurate so if it says that there are only 12 left in stock, that is exactly what it means. Orders are processed quickly and you are notifed when your order ships. You can get free shipping for orders over $25.00 but if you order less than that it's five dollars. I usually get more than $25.00 per order so I don't have to worry about shipping. My orders usually arrive within a week of ordering them, most of the time less than that. I have used my debit and credit card for orders and have never had a problem with billing or approval. They accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal for orders. One of the nicest parts of shopping at JetPens is the selection followed up by their modest prices. If you aren't in to pens then chances are you will see some of them and wonder why someone would pay ten dollars or more for one of them. Some pens are meant for specific uses and not everyday writing; they might cost more but they are worth it if you are using them with a specific intent. If you need to make an exchange you can do so within thirty days of your purchase and they give you some extra time to get it in the mail and to them. ================== ^V^ © 2009 Freak369 ^V^ ================== Pen Lovers Paradise Shoplet Online Store Pen City Online Store Discount Office Supplies Quill Corporation
