nflshop.com has deceptive shipping dates and extremely poor quality product

I had a very unfortunate experience with nflshop.com this holiday season. I now see that many other shoppers have experienced similar bait and switch changes in shipping dates. Having placed my order on November 28th, I was initially told the item would arrive by December 19th. A few days later, a new email indicated the item would arrive by January 11th. It was delivered on December 29th. Even more disappointing was the fact that the item arrived stinking of mothballs, the quality of the sweatshirt is very poor (thin fabric) and the Large is the smallest Large I have ever seen -- a full three inches shorter and narrower than any other large in my son's collection of sweatshirts. It doesn't fit him! I called their customer service number and was told that because it is a personalized item, their 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply. Apparently if you put your name on the back, you must accept whatever garment it is printed on -- no matter what! When I pressed on, the representative offered to waive the shipping if I purchased a larger size outright. But I would still be stuck with the full-priced Large that is barely a Medium. I am now the proud owner of a very expensive, smelly, personalized sweatshirt that does not fit. I mistakenly trusted that any company affiliated with the NFL would sell a quality product. This is the most disappointing internet purchase I have ever made. I will never spend money with this company again!
