I ordered a last minute Christmas gift for my son. The item I purchased arrived within 2 days and it was in excellent condition.
I was somewhat nervous in ordering a Home Theater over the internet, especially this close to the Christmas holiday. I viewed many internet sites and also spent the day shopping at several local stores but, I could not find the Home Theater system that I wanted to purchase in stock at the price I found at J&R, anywhere. I did find one web site a few dollars cheaper but the shipping was from 7 - 10 days and they could not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. I contacted the customer service department at J&R with my concerns regarding shipping times, and I was assured that the Home Theater would ship tommorow as it was already too late to ship that day and that it should arrive within 2-3 busines days. I ordered it late on a Thursday and recieved it on a Monday. I also was concerned as to what the condition of the television would be after going through the holiday shipping process. As stated above, I was pleasantly surprised when the Home Theater arrived quickly, and was in excellent condition. I have been very pleased with this purchase, and I certanly consider shopping with J&R again.
