After composing my order, I called Marine Depot directly to confirm that there were no delays on the order, this order was highly time sensitive.
I paid for express shipping expecting that I would receive my order before leaving for vacation.
The order did not leave the warehouse for 2 days, despite the confirmation of the order during my first call.
Following this I had to call again when my order did not arrive on time, the call center confirmed that there was a problem in the warehouse and refunded my express shipping charge. This still does not get the product to me in time.
Once I installed the product, it upset the chemical balance in my tank, which had been stable for 2 years, moved across a major city, and never had any problems. This cost me my favorite fish, which was fortunately the only permanent casualty of this order.
My auto-feeder promptly stopped working within the first day, I assume I will need to contact the manufacturer to rectify this issue.
I will likely never order from MD again after this very stressful and poor experience.
