The worst mail order purchase Ever, I am very upset with J & R

I had a past history of great dealing with J & R being that I lived in the city and would do walk in purchases. This order was a disaster. I chose to buy from them based on the history I had and was very upset with the order. I first was charged 2 times on my debit card and it was a huge effort to get the balance removed and other fees charged to my account because of their mistake was not reimbursed. Second I needed the order by Christmas and that they did carry out. Only problem was all 3 items order were all broke! 1 of the turn tables looked re packaged and the other turntable had lose parts inside and was making noise. The mixing board just had feedback and evidence of a short inside due to on and off buzzing. Now on Christmas eve I had to rush to UPS so I would get the replacements back with a holiday week coming up. I was promised if I got it to UPS on the eve I would have the replacements by the 31st. Here it is the 4th of Jan and still no products. They did offer a $credit but it is no where equal to the lost $175 in my checking account from their double billing. I could have walked into a store up here where i live and had the items , this whole purchase was a disaster without them making good for their mistake.
