Purchased a barbell from them and received it damaged due to their poor packaging. Waited several weeks for them to tell me that they would replace it after I return the damaged one at my expense. After refusing to pay for the return shipping they sent a shipping label. At this point I asked for a full refund because of their poor customer service. Instead of crediting me the full amount they deducted the return shipping on damaged merchandise.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
