I bought 2 humidifiers. One of them didn't work and it took me a couple of emails to finally get the return label. It took a couple more to get the full credit on the returned item. I replaced the returned item with another more expensive humidifier - that one stopped working altogether. More emails with no return reply at all. Although they assured me they would like to help me. I will never, ever buy from this company again. Too bad - the humidifier that does work is excellent.
