Stay away if you want prompt shipping and good, knowledgeable customer service representatives that won't insult your intelligence. Otherwise, order away!

I placed an order for a jersey two months ago and finally just decided to cancel the order after never receiving it and also getting the most frustrating run-around from their customer service people.
I e-mailed numerous times asking about the status of my order (my "Order Status" page on the website only said "Your order is being processed"), but never received a reply with any actual information about an anticipated ship date or the availability of the item. I only received customer service-speak apologies and vague statements that the jersey was "in the process of being shipped" and/or that it "would be shipped as soon as possible," etc.
I ended up calling their customer service phone number and the representative gave me an apologetic, pre-rehearsed speech with again no actual information. I finally found out that they are just an order processing storefront and everything gets shipped from a separate warehouse. Amazingly, they do not have the capability of checking inventory or identifying re-stock dates for items that are unavailable.
The worst part about the whole thing is that over the two months when I didn't have my jersey, their webpage for the item kept taunting me by saying "This item is in stock and available for immediate shipping" (which I guess was completely untrue).
Bottom line: you will probably be satisfied if you get an item you order, but do not count on it and do not trust the inventory status listed on their website. And if you do have shipping delays, do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration of actually trying to find out when it might ship, as you will never get this information from them.
