I will never buy from this place again!! I thought I found a great deal and ordered a Kohler kit and I showed up with only one piece of the "kit" in it. Had to return that and then they said "oh, that "kit" is actually $80" so I had to rebuy the kit at a more expensive price. Then it shows up too late and I can't even use it. So I pay to return the item, then they return my money less 10% for a restocking fee and then they charge my credit card for $8.24. I call and ask what this charge is for and they said its for repackaging. "Repackaging what?" They said there was writing on the box and the manufactor charged them to repackage the kit in order to resell it. What????
1. My order didn't come complete
2. Then was told for the complete order I had to pay $50.00 more
3. Couldnt use it, paid the shipping to return it. ($9.63)
4. Was charged a restocking fee ($12.36)
5. Then was charged without notification ($8.24) for repackaging.
A huge headache, never will order from them again! It cost me $30.23 to order, and return something I couldn't even use!!
