Selling mismarked junk and ZERO customer service - Hello? Is there even anybody there??

I ordered headphones which were indicated as "open box". When I received them, they started disentegrating immediately. All the plastic coating fell off of the foam ear pieces. I made three requests for a replacement (two via email and one via their website) and got absolutley no response. I am now going through my credit card company.
