Well, I was surprised at the speed of the whole process.  In this economic environment I had expected a lot of paper work, red tape and hoops to jump through.  But by the end of the first phone call it was almost done.  A couple of pieces of paper work, review some online papers, give electronic signatures and we were off to the race.

I was able to lock in a really good rate, the paper work arrived really quick and a person came to the house to have us sign the papers.  It could have been done in 3 - 5 days, but I was out of town for a weekend and the papers and person showed up the next week.  It was about 7 days from initial phone call to signing the papers.

The communications, both phone and email, were almost daily.  The emails contains very clear instructions to follow.  These emails contained the steps necessary to complete the application and do online signatures.

Well all I can say is, Man that was easy :)
