The ordering was fast and safe. I had the wrong zip code...called the company after 5 pm and they fixed it immediately and my purchase was on my doorstep the next day. Very polite people on the phone. Packaging was good and tight around the box. Everythng n perfect condition
I had been searching the internet for deals on laptops, netbooks, or notebooks. I read all I could on routers, laptops, and what I could expect to pay. I found J&R and looked at their offers. My first time on and couldnt wait....well when I decided to go for one to purchase, it was gone that fast...Wow, I was surprised and bummed. Well, I kept looking and this cute little netbook came up. I looked over everything it offered and aabout J&R and most excited to purchase. I am so happy to say, I am busy typing now and each night I try to work on this little beauty to see all that it has to offer. I will certainly be a return customer with J&R, that is for sure. I would like to add that once the wireless router was hooked up, my new little netbook signals me each time my connection is stong and excellent. It is so very easy to navigate for I am very novice at using these types of things. I know that when I go back to the J&R site there is going to be more deals of QUALITY standards to purchase.
