Ease of Ordering:
Textbooks.com canceled my order without notifying me, it was only after I called about a tracking number, did they tell me they ran out of the book I had ordered. I was left starting a class in three days and had to reorder from another source and pay extra for fast shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone, very poor customer service.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? I tried to purchase a textbook, it was called Engineering Design.
