My purchase took over a month to arrive. In order to track the progress of my order I needed to make many phone calls some daily and still was not assured of when my purchase would arrive. I was given a "story" that the factory was doing their inventory; that there were too many orders around the holiday and one day I was even told that they were told I cancelled my order! One particular day I was told by the rep at Table and Home that the rep that knew the most about my situation was off. When I asked why she (the one I was speaking to) couldn't help me she said she needed to leave a message on the phone of the one off. I GUESS YOUR COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS. All in all it was a totally unacceptable situation. A "Christmas present" for my brother ordered on December 15th (most on-line shopping sites were guaranteeing arrival before Christmas) didn't arrive until January 12th and when it arrived it was left by the UPS deliverer curbside where anyone could have picked it up! I will never repeat this unpleasurable experience.
