Horrible customer service and overseas call centers

Ease of Ordering:
Amazon might have everything under the sun but the lack of customer service will keep me from ever ordering from them again. I've placed two orders in the past 6 weeks that have been cancelled for one reason or another and never been informed until I sent an email to Amazon questioning my order status. The automated responses aren't acceptable and neither is their lack of communication with customers. I will gladly pay a few dollars more somewhere else and not have the nightmare of dealing with Amazon. It's the sad state of a lot of companies that have chosen to outsource that aspect of their business overseas. Good luck if you make a purchase from them. If you get a good merchant you might get your product...if not.....you're in for a long wait for nothing.
