GE notified this proud owner on a GE dishwasher, that my spanking new dishwasher had been recalled for unspecified reasons. GE offered me to have it repaired free or a credit towards a new model. I began to research various options on the web. On every single search, Number1 popped up as having the best selection and the best price including within their “Overstock" selection. Not only did Number1 have the best price but they also had the free shipping on the machine I was interested in getting to replace the current one. I called because I needed the name of a customer representative; he was very lovely and very polite on the phone and walked me through all the necessary steps. The dishwasher showed up within two weeks, and the actual shipping projection was longer than that. There were “no steps" in the entrance to our home and the shipping company brought the item into the house and opened the box for me so I could check the contents for damage, it was perfect and exactly what I ordered. Number1 management stands behind everything on their Number1Direct.com and they are very pleasant and efficient about it, HELLO customer service :).
