Disappointing, unprofessional, time wasting, untrustworthy, clearing house for returned/damaged,used mdse.

Ordered a $439 faucet that was out of stock. Waited 4 weeks and it finally arrived. Faucet had clearly been returned by at least one other buyer as there was a 2" x 4" hole in the box, 2 places where shipping labels had been ripped off the cardboard, no instructions, interior packing was trashed, and all the parts to install were missing. I called for a return auth. and the agent offered to just send me the missing parts. I declined, and was given an authorization. The agent re-ordered me another faucet with the guarantee that it would be new from the factory as they were once again out of stock. I was told the wait would be another 2-3 weeks. It took 3 more calls to get them to email me a FedEx return label. Finally, the return label came and I sent the first one back. After almost 3 weeks again, I called to get the status on my order and was told that it had been shipped the day before. I asked if it was a new one and related my story to the agant and was assured it would be new. When it arrived two days ago, not only was it a used, returned faucet, but it was the identical one that I returned! I know this because I had taped a note inside the returned one to explain what was missing and my note was still in there! All they did was tape up the hole in the box, make me wait 3 more weeks, and send me the same garbage. I called for a return auth. yesterday and was given one. When the agent asked what the reason was for the return, I explained and she didn't even act surprised. The FedEx label was emailed and it will go back in the am. She asked if I wanted to re-order and I asked her why I should wait another 3 weeks to just get the same one again. Coincidentally,the price has now gone from $439 to $555.
Be careful. Nothing they tell you to make the sale may be accurate.
This was a very disappointing transaction, and will be my last as they cannot be trusted.
