Is Shure's new king best in its class? We'll see. It certainly is the best looking.

Great Cartridge for the money, be careful where you buy (Reply to this comment)

A fine cartridge from Shure, I bought to replace my aging M91ed and I had a broken stylus on another v15iv. Unfortunately I had the unpleasant experience of purchasing one thru the online retailer " Instrument Pro" . Huge mistake! They said they had free shipping but then charged me anyway. I ordered the cartridge but they sent only the stylus and would take it back. Even thought they said they had a return policy, yep, NO RETURNS! Would only answer emails after I called looking the boss. Never returned one phone call. Buy the Shure M97XE just not from " Instrument Pro".

Yes, Colin...you indeed can! Sorry for the late response but Ed Saunders on Ebay sells the Shure V-15 Type IV replacement for a reasonable price. His generic brand differs from others as he has been licensed by Shure to have his V-15 styli made to exacting specifications that shame other generics. His Swiss styli are so much more reliable and meet or exceed Shure's parameters. Good listening...Peter

your full review! Can I still get a replacement stylus for my Shure V-15IV, should I ever need one? That's what I still use.
