This was my first experience ordering from 4InkJets. I needed replacement cartridges for an HP7590 OfficeJet printer. I didn't want to spend the money for the factory cartridges, which made finding good 3rd party cartridges harder.
After a lot of searching I found 4InkJets website which was very easy to navigate and had the cartridges I needed, along with a lot of good reviews. You didn't need to know anything fancy about your printer, all you had to do was put in your print model number (which is on the front of most printers) and it took me right to the ink. It had both factory HP ink and aftermarket ink. The HP ink was around 35 bucks a cartridge and the aftermarket ink was like 9 dollars. Shipping was very affordable at 5 bucks. So all told, I spent 38 dollars for all (4) cartridges and shipping. I placed the order on the weekend and had the ink in my hand on Wednesday.
The ink was very easy to install but I started getting an error from my printer, it said that the magenta cartridge was missing or damaged. After removing and reinstalling several times, I still had the problem. I contacted Customer Service by email and they got back to me in a couple hours. They told me somethings to try and if nothing worked to call them on their toll free number. Well, nothing worked so I did call them and actually talked to a human who was great. I told him what I did already and he didn't make me redo all the steps he said lets get you a new cartridge out right away. That was it.
This was late on Friday afternoon when I called them and I had the ink on Tuesday morning. Installed it and it's working fine. I highly recommend 4InkJets to anyone who is looking for a good deal and don't want to worry about ordering thru the internet. Their customer service is great.
