I was very upset with NFLshops Customer Service. I had ordered a shirt through them and they had sent me the wrong color. Instead of owning up to their mistake they stated that the error was the manufacture had sent them the "Wrong Picture" so I got the correct item I had ordered. I thought it was funny because on my invoice it listed it as a Yellow Shirt like the one in the picture, not the grey shirt I had received. I asked them if the manufacture also gave them the wrong description of the item as well, but they did not respond to my question. Customer Service is a joke and wants to make it any ones excuse but their own. They did not even care about working to get me the correct item. I have bought things here before, but from now on I am sticking to other websites and local stores as I do not trust their customer service if a problem arises. Every Online retailer can do something wrong, such as pulling the wrong items for shipment and/or displaying the wrong items online, but it is up to Customer Service to resolve these issues, not just push it aside as my purchase does not matter. The item was never taken down after it was supposedly the manufactures fault for being the wrong picture, and I had to waste money on a shipment for an item I never ordered in the first place.
