It was not positive, wrote a few times to arrange for a very simple task without success. Ordering Nasal Spray several in a single box/USPS/delivery confirmation. Cost to ship was unresonable less than 5 ounces $20,the order was cancelled by Vitamaker after several days of wait an arranging with the credit card an alternate delivery address in Continental USA. Problem is a discriminatory treatment of the other USA citizens, being available services such as USPS to deliver at more reasonable cost (standard/domestic mail zone 8). Customer pays for the shipping service but is not able to elect the carrier.Items could have been sent in a flat rate envelope
