Had to cancel credit card because of Amazon.com!

Made a substantial purchase 1-1/2 year ago, this month was charged $79 on my credit card for some non-existent, never agreed upon service fee from my original purchase. Customer service is non-US based, very argumentative and outright deceitful. I have spent 8 hours total on the phone trying to fix this problem with no avail. Their customer service has repeatedly lied to me about refunding my money, at one point in time they refunded my money then charged $79 within a day. End result was having to cancel credit card and dispute charge to get my money back. STAY AWAY. Another faceless, hogwash corporation.
