Having made many purchases through Williams Sonoma, I had always received quality products. However, I recently purchased 2 sensor soap dispensers that were $50 each and after one week, no longer worked. I called Williams Sonoma's customer service department expecting great service and a full refund and the representative stated that my shipping could not be refunded. How disappointing. I will never use Williams Sonoma online again.
