My Experience with their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered!

I have used Tax Brain for the second year and this year I and apparently thousands others have ran into a problem with the refund being deposited. Tax Brain has it sent to SBBT then SBBT sends it on to your account. My money was supposedto be there Friday but was not I called te IRS and they informed me of a deposit made into a Bank on KY and not SBBT. SBBT says they areworking on it and will try to have it fixed by Monday but for further info to contact Tax Brain. I did this several times and each person I talked to refused to let me talk with a supervisor and would only refer me to the IRS number and SBBT number the fault was with niether of them but in the Loan agreement Tax Brain had its consumers sign to have it sent to SBBT but Tax Brains loan agreement had the wrong routing numbers. Tax Brain customer support is the worst I have ever encountered and their refusal to allow myself as well as others talk to a supervisor was completely absurd!
